As a late bloomer in competitive sports, he struggled with weight gain growing up, he also experienced recurring injuries, including ACL tears, ankle sprains, and hamstring tears, which sidelined him from pursuing his dreams in soccer varsity leagues. Despite the setbacks, he turned these experiences into a driving force to understand the body’s mechanics and heal from within. This personal struggle inspired Abtin to dedicate his life to studying human movement, nutrition, and performance.
