MY STORY

I’ve Been Where You Are — And I Built a Better Way

I started in gyms as a teenager, then studied Human Kinetics and Exercise Science.
But despite the education, I faced what most people do — injuries, burnout, restrictive diets, and the constant cycle of “start over again.”

That’s where my system began.


Through years of trial, coaching, and research, I developed a framework that actually works — the
E.Body Method — built on physiology, not fads.


It rebuilds your body from the inside out: metabolism, nervous system, strength, and movement — so you can perform, look, and feel like an athlete again.

Why I care

Because I Know What It’s Like to Do Everything “Right” and Still Feel Stuck
