Breathwork, recovery, and nervous-system strategies to build resilience and keep you consistent. Body awareness and body scan drills, small dose daily improves exercise technique, calmer mind, lowers stress in body.

Program B — 90-Day Elite Body Rebuild (Online coaching)
Price Range: $1,500 – $2,400
What it is: Personalized 90-day program that rebuilds metabolism and builds lean muscle while repairing movement patterns.

• Initial metabolic & movement baseline (+ onboarding call)
• Personalized nutrition plan (pro-metabolic, sample macros if appropriate)
• Strength program built around the Big-7 (3×/week default) with video form checks
• Weekly coaching calls + SMS check-ins + community support
• Recovery & breathwork protocols, sleep plan, supplements guide (if needed)
• Progress tracking dashboard (measurements, food diary, workouts)
